Mutton is pressure cooked with lentils and veggies like potato, brinjal, pumpkin, methi and of course onion. Everything is then blended together baring the meat and then cooked together in chosen spice mix. You can combine it with any mild pulav or simply have it with pav, the taste blows out my mind everytime I have it.
3. Parsi Berry Pulav- Finally the one that serves as a one pot meal and simply demands nothing else to complete it.
